El Bullard
El Bullard has been a resident of Lambertville since 2018. As a Fire Commissioner, starting January, 2026.
He brings over 45 years of work experience from the Industrial, Medical and Specialty Gas industry with career opportunities including engineering, field and facility services, plant management and HazMat response. His responsibilities comprised budget forecast and control, project management, engineering and design, local and national HazMat leadership and training.
Since his retirement in 2021, El has joined volunteer organizations including Lamberts Hill Grounds Committee, Parks and Recreation Stewardship, CERT and Hunterdon Counties Mr Fix It program.
As a new Fire Commissioner, El looks forward to the learning process of maintaining and expanding our town’s safety for services, residents and visitors. He enjoys hands-on experiences and community involvement that can bring awareness to one and all.
